Transaction Coordinator

We are looking for several full-time transaction coordinators.

•Facilitate the company’s all lease/buy/sell real estate activities
•Provide service support for agents as well as clients
•Reply to emails and phone calls from agents, clients, or colleagues
•Communicate and follow up and able to handle issues with all related parties
•Connect all parties to address the issue and solve the problem

Requirements
•Fluent in both English and Chinese
•Green card holder/Citizen/H1B Transfer – legal to be able to work
•Good team player and willing to work the extra mile to get things done
•Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and other basic office softwares.
•Able to work on weekends if needed
•Marketing experiences are a good plus
